Start date: 6th July

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support Italian-speaking customers by handling administrative requests and providing high-quality assistance. Your goal will be to deliver a smooth, professional and customer-focused experience.

Your responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and administrative requests
Update customer information using internal CRM systems
Find appropriate solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction
Communicate professionally and efficiently with customers
Contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience

Your profile:
Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
Comfortable using multiple computer systems and CRM tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset

Working schedule:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
Rotating Saturdays: 10:00 – 20:00
Sunday always off + one weekday off when working on Saturday
