Your Mission

You´ll be the calm voice travelers trust when they need answers most. Whether youre helping plan a dream trip, resolving an unexpected issue, or simply providing reassurance, you´ll transform challenges into positive, memorable experiences.

What your day will look like:

• Supporting customers via phone, chat, and email

• Investigating and resolving inquiries with speed and accuracy

• Offering clear guidance, empathy, and confidence in every interaction

• Working closely with your team and escalating complex cases when needed

What You Bring

• Fluency in Croatian and English (spoken & written)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 6+ months of customer service experience (travel or hospitality is a big plus!)

• A positive, empathetic mindset and excellent communication skills

• Confidence using computers and multiple systems
