Are you a driven sales professional ready to make an impact in the fast-moving world of digital solutions? We´re looking for a dynamic B2B Digital Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help businesses unlock their full potential through technology and digital advertising.
What You´ll Do:
As a key player in our sales team, you will:
- Drive new business growth by managing a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across phone, email, video calls, and social media outreach.
- Identify decision-makers and engage alternative contacts using tools like Sales Navigator and other lead generation methods.
- Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline, guiding prospects through every stage of the funnel.
- Qualify leads and ensure a smooth handover to the onboarding team for continued customer success.
- Track performance metrics daily, monthly, and quarterly to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay organized by accurately documenting interactions in Salesforce (or a similar CRM) while meeting defined SLAs and sales cadences.
What We´re Looking For:
Youll thrive in this role if you have:
- Fluency in French (written and spoken), English (B2).
- 2.5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising.
- Strong knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies.
- A proven track record of spotting high-potential opportunities and growing customer investments over time.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving IT sales environment.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Bonus: Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus!
