As an Ads Support Specialist, you will help users successfully manage their advertising experience on a global digital platform. You will investigate and resolve issues related to advertising accounts, payments, account access, ad campaigns, and platform functionality.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide support to users regarding advertisements, ad accounts, payments, account access, and platform functionality.
• Investigate customer issues and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Assist users in understanding advertising policies, account requirements, and platform guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues affecting:
  • Ad creation
  • Ad publication
  • Ad delivery
  • Billing and payments
  • Account access
  • Campaign performance
• Guide users through platform features and processes.
• Help customers navigate the platform and resolve issues independently whenever possible.
• Provide clear and customer-friendly solutions through email, chat, and phone.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
• Ensure accurate case documentation and appropriate follow-up.
• Focus on achieving high customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Ads Support, Content Moderation, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customer cases efficiently.

Training

All new employees receive comprehensive training before starting their independent activities.

Training duration:

15 working days – 8 hours per day

The training includes:

• Introduction to the team and working environment.
• Training on internal software and systems.
• Comprehensive product and service training.
• Customer management training for phone, email, and chat interactions.
• Practical, on-the-job training.
• Supported transition into independent work.

The training period is proportionally compensated for candidates who successfully complete the training.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Package

€1,248.33 gross/month total

This includes:

• Base Salary: €938.00 gross/month
• Holiday Allowance: €78.17/month
• Christmas Allowance: €78.17/month
• Meal Allowance: €7/day

Performance Bonus

Up to €200/month, depending on individual monthly performance.

Therefore, the total monthly package can reach up to €1,448.33, including the maximum performance bonus.

Working Hours

The project operates 24/7, therefore rotating shifts apply.

• 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week with rotations)
• 8 working hours per day
• Additional 1-hour lunch break
• Rotating schedules
• Working schedules communicated approximately 10 days in advance

Portuguese public holidays apply.

If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you will receive a compensation day that can be taken later, subject to project approval.

• Initial employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months.
