We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to assist users of a major global digital platform across multiple support channels.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will support users with:

Technical questions
Account and login issues
Subscription-related inquiries
Content or service guidance

Support is delivered through a combination of Calls, Chat, Email, and Social Media.
(You will not handle two live or two offline channels at the same time.)

This is a remote position, open to candidates based anywhere in Türkiye.

Net Salary: 33,000 TL
