Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls from customers on behalf of the nations largest home improvement retailer
  • Offer clear, accurate, and detailed information by navigating company tools and resources effectively
  • Address and resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Recommend additional services or products when appropriate to support customer needs

Who We´re Looking For:

  • Confident English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
  • High school diploma (or equivalent education)
  • Comfortable using digital platforms and software applications
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work consistent overnight schedules
