Working Hours: Monday–Sunday | 09:00–19:00 (rotational shifts)
Contract: Temporary (8 months)
Work Model: On-site
Salary: €1,200 gross/month

Your Role

As a Customer Support Professional, you will:

  • Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels

  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional support

  • Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Document interactions and follow internal processes

  • Collaborate with international teams to improve service quality

What Were Looking For

C2 or fluent Croatian
Good level of English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset
Flexibility to work rotational shifts (Mon–Sun)
Previous customer support experience is an advantage
