About the Role
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you´ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential B2B clients and agencies, laying the groundwork for long-term sales success. You´ll work directly with advertisers to build relationships, drive campaign performance, and create tailored strategies that deliver measurable results.

As an Sales Developement Representative, you´ll ensure smooth onboarding, campaign activation, and client confidence in leveraging our platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong prospecting skills, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to translate business goals into impactful advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential B2B advertisers and agencies through cold calling, email, and social outreach.

  • Reach out to new direct advertisers or agencies to build and expand the client pipeline.

  • Support client onboarding and ensure successful campaign activation.

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships while driving advertising success across multiple business segments.

  • Provide tailored campaign strategies aligned with brand goals and objectives.

  • Conduct negotiations and maintain direct communication with in-house advertisers.

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs and deliver ROI.

  • Collaborate closely with brand stakeholders and internal teams to develop long-term partnerships.

Key Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent prospecting and lead generation skills (cold calling, email, social outreach).

  • Strong understanding of the sales funnel and pipeline management.

  • Ability to tailor campaign strategies to specific brand goals.

  • Experience in direct negotiation and advertiser relationship management.

  • Strong client alignment and campaign optimization expertise.

  • Ownership mindset across sales, client success, and campaign performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B or outbound sales, preferably in digital marketing.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Proven ability to achieve KPIs and campaign ROI goals.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
