Role Overview

As a B2B Payments Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing premium customer care for business clients. Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage inquiries related to the financial status of merchant accounts and assist with transactions (refunds, manual charges, payment tracking).
  • Facilitating onboarding for new business clients and ensuring their seamless integration into the system.
  • Maintaining and updating client information in internal databases.
  • Delivering timely and professional assistance via email and phone (call volume is less than 5%).

This is a customer-centric role that emphasizes accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.

  • Language Bonus: 100EUR /month (x12 months).
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 10% based on monthly results.

Location & Schedule

  • Workplace: On-site in Athens, Greece.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00-19:00 (rotative, 40 hours/week).

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Language Proficiency: Dutch (native level) and English (minimum B2).
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and customer-oriented problem-solving.
  • Desirable Experience: Prior experience in customer service or B2B support is an advantage but not mandatory.
