Were searching for a passionate Customer Support Advisor to join our team and provide top-notch service for one of the Nordics most trusted airlines, SAS. If youre fluent in Norwegian and English, this is your chance to help travelers navigate their journeys with ease and confidence! Based in Warsaw, youll enjoy a lively, international workplace with the option to switch to a hybrid model after 3-6 months.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
- Be the friendly, helpful voice behind inbound calls and chats in Norwegian, providing expert assistance to travelers.
- Guide customers through flight bookings, offering advice on fares, products, and services.
- Manage reservation changes (dates, destinations, personal info) like a travel pro.
- Handle special requestsfrom wheelchair assistance to traveling with pets.
- Smoothly process ticket cancellations and refunds.
- Help customers purchase airline tickets and assist with payment methods.
- Provide support for travelers facing unexpected challenges.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00-19:00, plus occasional weekend shifts (twice a month on Saturdays and Sundays).

What You Bring to the Table:
- Norwegian (C1) Your Norwegian is fluent, and you can handle both spoken and written communications with ease.
- English (B2) Youre also comfortable speaking and writing in English.
- Strong technical skills You know your way around MS Office, browsers, and general computer tools.
- A positive, energetic approach to solving customer challenges.
- Previous experience in customer service or CRM platforms is a plus but not required.
