We're on the hunt for proactive and empathetic professionals to support a POS System Project helping clients seamlessly operate essential systems that empower businesses.

Position Details:

• Location: On-site in Porto, Portugal
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 to 19:00 (rotating shifts, with rare extensions to 21:00)
• Days Off: 2 rotating days each week

What Youll Do:

Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through using advanced POS systems to ensure smooth transactions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: 1271EUR /month (paid 14 times a year)
• Performance Bonus: 120 EUR/month based on performance
• Meal Allowance: 7.63 EUR per working day (net)

️ Relocation Support:

• Outside Portugal: Economy airfare reimbursement (up to 400) after 180 days, plus 28 days of hotel accommodation
• Within Portugal: Travel cost reimbursement (up to 150) after 180 days, plus 15 days of hotel accommodation
