Shift Schedule:

• Early Shift: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
• Weekend Shifts: 12 per month, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Performance Bonus: Up to 300 BGN gross (after 3rd month)

  • 25 BGN per weekend day worked

  • 12 BGN per late shift worked
  • Total potential pay: Up to 4350 BGN gross (excluding performance bonus)

Requirements:

• Languages: Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Documentation:
  • Valid residency card (valid for more than a year), EU citizenship, or refugee card.
  • Work permits & blue cards are not accepted.

What Youll Do:

As a Travel Support Specialist, youll assist customers with booking inquiries, travel support, and issue resolution, ensuring exceptional service for travelers worldwide.
