If you`re fluent in Dutch and English, this role is a fantastic opportunity to work in customer support, helping clients with their fashion inquiries, orders, and returns.

• Provide Excellent Support: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and warmth.
• Be the Voice of the Brand: Represent one of the worlds top fashion names, ensuring each customer interaction is seamless and positive.
• Enjoy a Balanced Schedule: Part-time role, ideal for those looking to work 30 hours a week.

Work Schedule:

• Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: 14,200 EUR
• KPI Bonus: Up to 1,060 per year based on performance
• Relocation Support:
  • Flight reimbursement up to 500 EUR
  • Assistance in finding accommodation in Barcelona
