What You`ll Bring

• Sales & Marketing Experience: You've got hands-on experience in sales or marketing and the motivation to excel in a dynamic sales role.
• Strong Communication Skills: Native or C1-level proficiency in Czech and B2 English, allowing you to communicate like a pro with clients and colleagues alike.
• Energy & Curiosity: You are proactive, eager to learn, and always ready to contribute fresh ideas.
• People Skills: An exceptional communicator who can build rapport and provide insightful recommendations.

• Competitive Compensation: Monthly salary of 2750 EUR (33,000 EUR per year) plus up to 687 EUR monthly performance bonuses.
• Relocation Support: Up to 1500 EUR for candidates relocating from outside Germany and 700 for those within Germany (minimum distance of 100 km to Berlin).
