Schedule: Monday - Friday (07:00 - 19:00) + Twice a Month on Weekends (Sat-Sun, 09:00 - 18:00)
Start Date: November 25, 2024 and January 13, 2025
Salary: 9,000 PLN gross/month
Contract Type: Full-Time, Labor Contract (160 hours/month)
Relocation: Local candidates preferred; no relocation support provided.

You'll play a vital role in helping travelers with bookings, reservations, and any in-trip challenges they encounter, providing friendly and professional support every step of the way.

What Youll Do
- Assist Travelers: Provide top-notch customer support via phone, chat, and email for all travel inquiries.
- Manage Reservations: Help customers change travel plans, adjust personal details, or alter their destination.
- Guide on Travel Options: Advise on flights, fares, packages, and services, making each journey smooth and enjoyable.
- Handle Refunds & Cancellations: Navigate cancellations and refund processes with empathy and clarity.
Who You Are
- Dutch Proficiency (C1) + English Fluency (B2): Confident communicator in both languages.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with MS Office, web browsers, and general computer skills.
- Positive & Energetic: Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience in customer service, CRM platforms, or digital services.
