Cross Border Talents is collaborating with a leading banking partner for an exciting Customer Service project in Porto. Your Mission:

As a Customer Service Specialist, youll be the single point of contact for the banks clients, helping them resolve a variety of inquiries through email and chat. This role is vital in supporting the digital banking experience, and you'll play an important part in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via inbound chat and email regarding online banking portals.
  • Assist with navigation, product information, marketing campaigns, and bank services.
  • Provide first-class customer support by managing card blocking, ordering duplicates, processing forms, and PIN/TAN orders.
  • Forward complex issues to the appropriate consultants, branches, or departments.
  • Offer proactive solutions to enhance customer service and improve user experience.
  • Mediate any concerns to ensure a smooth customer journey and gather feedback for quality management.
  • Support the scheduling of appointments and assist in central marketing campaigns.

Training & Onboarding:

  • 4 weeks total: 2 weeks of comprehensive training followed by 2 weeks of nesting.
  • Full support during the onboarding process to ensure you succeed in your role.

Work Schedule:

  • Mon-Fri: 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Late Rotative Shifts: 7 AM to 10 PM
  • No weekend work required.

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with strong English (B2) proficiency.
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredwhat we value most is your dynamic, proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Package Details

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 950EUR (paid 14 months).
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 200.
  • Fixed Language Bonus: 450EUR for your German proficiency.(paid every month)
  • Meal Allowance (net): 167.86EUR.
  • Permanent contract with a clear path for growth and career development.

Relocation Package:

  • From Outside Portugal: Reimbursement of airfare (up to 700 after 90 days).
  • From Inside Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs (up to 150 after 90 days).
  • Accommodation:
    • From outside Portugal: Hotel room for 28 days.
    • From inside Portugal: Hotel room for 15 days.Salary & Benefits:
