Location: Warsaw, Poland (Aleja Solidarności 171, SPARK B Office)
Start Date: November 25, 2024, or January 13, 2025
Languages Required: Danish (C1) + English (B2)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (07:00 - 19:00), Saturday - Sunday (09:00 - 18:00), with weekend shifts twice a month
Salary: 9,550 PLN gross/month
Contract: Full-Time Employment Contract, with initial 3-month probation
Your Role in the Sky-High World of Airline Support
Are you ready to be the friendly voice behind one of the most beloved Nordic airlines? As a Customer Support Advisor, youll be helping travelers navigate everything from booking tickets to arranging special requests. You'll be based in our vibrant Warsaw office with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model after 3-6 months.
Your Mission
- Danish Expertise: Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, refunds, and flight changes through calls and chats in Danish.
- Customer Care: Handle special requests, such as wheelchair assistance, pet travel, and other unique needs to make each journey seamless.
- Advisor Extraordinaire: Provide information on flights, ticket policies, fares, and services, contributing to a top-notch customer experience.
- Payment and Purchase Help: Guide customers through ticket purchases and payment options.
- Travel Troubleshooting: Support customers experiencing travel challenges, ensuring they get the help they need when they need it.
What Youll Bring
- Language Proficiency: Fluent Danish (C1) and good command of English (B2) for seamless communication.
- Tech Skills: Confident with MS Office and general computer tools.
- Customer Passion: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a knack for helping people.
- Experience Advantage: Previous customer service experience and familiarity with CRM tools are a plus!
