Customer Support Specialist (German + English) Email & Chat Focus

We are hiring Customer Support Specialists for an exciting global company that specializes in enhancing user experiences for online gaming and sports betting enthusiasts. If youre fluent in German (B2 or higher) and English, and enjoy solving customer inquiries primarily via email and chat (95% of interactions), this is your opportunity!

Start Date: January 27th, 2025

Work Location: On-site (Sofia)

Training Details:

• Training Period: 2 weeks
• Nesting Period: 1 week

Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: 3100 BGN gross/month
