Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients seeking assistance with technical issues related to our partner companys products and services. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will be critical in ensuring the seamless operation of client systems and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Expert Technical Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues reported by clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels (phone, email, chat) to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Technical Education: Educate clients on the functionality and usage of our partner companys products, facilitating their understanding and effective utilization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and product updates to provide informed and relevant support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service in a technical context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1,300 EUR gross/month, reflecting your expertise and contributions.

Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must be eligible to work within the EU, as our partner company is unable to issue a first-time visa due to local legislation.
