The Role:
Are you ready to become the go-to expert for Dutch advertisers and help them shine on one of the world's most renowned social media platforms? As a Digital Marketing Advisor, you'll use your creativity, sales acumen, and social media expertise to help businesses craft winning advertising strategies. From analyzing ad performance to brainstorming innovative ideas, you'll be at the forefront of digital marketing success stories.

What You'll Do:

• Act as a trusted advisor for advertisers, providing tailored guidance on social media strategies.
• Analyze social media ad performance and offer actionable insights.
• Communicate with clients through inbound and outbound calls, building strong relationships.
• Collaborate to implement effective sales funnel strategies that meet advertiser needs.
• Identify trends and propose powerful advertising campaigns to drive results.

Work Hours:

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM 5:15 PM
• Includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary: 2,750 EUR base + 300 EUR Dutch language bonus + 625 EUR performance bonus.
• Annual package: 33,000 EUR gross + up to 7,500 EUR in performance-based bonuses.
• Relocation support: Up to 1,900 EUR for movers from outside Germany or 700 EUR for moves within Germany (over 100 km from Berlin).
• Paid training: 4 weeks (2 weeks training + 2 weeks nesting).
• Certifications: Meta Blueprint Digital Marketing Course included.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Dutch fluency and strong communication skills.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Germany (student visas not accepted).
