Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (approximately 15% night shifts, around 3 nights per month)

About the Role

As a Content Moderator, you will be a key player in maintaining a safe and positive online environment for users of a globally recognized social media platform. Working with a partner BPO company of Cross Border Talents, your role will involve reviewing and moderating digital content to ensure compliance with the platform's policies. Youll help protect the integrity of the platform while promoting a healthy user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Moderation: Review and moderate content such as videos, news stories, images, and social media profiles.
  • Policy Enforcement: Apply platform policies to ensure digital content complies with community standards and terms of use.
  • Issue Escalation: Report and escalate content issues or policy breaches to the appropriate channels.
  • Employee Assistance: Participate in wellness programs, training, and reporting initiatives to ensure personal well-being and high performance.
  • KPI Management: Maintain quality standards by adhering to key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Languages: Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written.
  • Experience: Prior experience in operations, customer service, or shared services is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and cultural awareness of political and social dynamics in the relevant market.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Income Overview:

  • Base Salary: 1450 EUR
  • Lunch Vouchers: 85 EUR net
  • Transportation Allowance: 65 EUR gross

Total Monthly Income: 1600 EUR (gross)

  • Reimbursement of up to 350 EUR gross for a real estate agency fee when securing permanent accommodation.
