We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, focusing on email support for Valve, a global leader in digital distribution, online gaming, and social networking platforms.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients through email communications, resolving technical issues related to Valves products and services. Your expertise will help enhance user experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Support: Provide prompt and effective email support to clients facing technical issues, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and address various technical challenges related to Valve's gaming platforms, ensuring clients receive timely assistance.
- Client Education: Guide clients in utilizing Valves services effectively, helping them navigate common issues and optimize their gaming experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions to improve service efficiency and contribute to knowledge bases.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends in technical issues and suggest enhancements to product offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably within the gaming or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2), with excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with a genuine passion for gaming and technology.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting schedules and client needs.
