Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00-19:00 (rotative, 40 hours)
Contract Type: Fixed-term

What We Offer:

Base Salary: 1,450 EUR x 14 months
Fixed Language Bonus: 100 EUR x 12 months
Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly
Meal Allowance: 3EUR/day (first year), 6EUR/day after 12 months

Your Role:

As a B2B Customer Care Payments Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for merchants using our payment solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

• Assisting merchants with inquiries about financial transactions, refunds, and payment processing.
• Onboarding new merchants and ensuring their smooth transition.
• Updating merchant data and maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
• Delivering outstanding customer support via email and phone (calls <5%).

Your Profile:

• Language Skills: Dutch (native) and English (B2).
• Soft Skills: Strong phone handling abilities, active listening, customer orientation, and adaptability.
• Bonus Traits: Experience in customer service or B2B support is a plus!
