About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for Dutch-speaking advertisers, guiding them through innovative marketing strategies and creative ad solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor for advertisers, providing expert guidance on digital marketing strategies.
• Analyze social media advertisement performance and suggest optimization techniques.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients, building strong and productive relationships.
• Help advertisers implement successful sales funnel strategies.
• Identify trends and propose innovative advertising campaigns.
• Work towards meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), including successful call rates, pitch rates, and campaign implementation quotas.

Work Hours:

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Working hours: 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM.
• Includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute additional breaks daily.

Training Program:

• A total of 4 weeks of training: 2 weeks of classroom training followed by 2 weeks of practical nesting.
• Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Training is fully paid and mandatory (no absences allowed).
• Includes Meta Blueprint Digital Marketing Certification to build essential skills.
• Shadowing experienced colleagues to enhance learning.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: 2,750 EUR per month.
• Monthly bonuses: 300 EUR Dutch language bonus and up to 625 EUR performance bonus.
• Annual salary package: 33,000 EUR gross with up to 7,500 EUR performance-based bonuses annually.
• Relocation bonus: Up to 1,900 EUR if moving from outside Germany or 700 EUR for relocations within Germany (100+ km from Berlin).

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Fluent in Dutch with excellent communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Germany (EU citizenship or valid work permit; student visas not accepted).
