What Youll Do:
- Be the Content Connoisseur: Review online videos and content, ensuring compliance with copyright standards and maintaining the integrity of our client's platform.
- Audit & Update: Regularly audit and update content on a popular social media platform, ensuring the community thrives with quality material.
- Customer Advocate: Address complaints and legal notices from customers, turning challenges into opportunities for improved service.
- Achieve Excellence: Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Stay Informed: Maintain a broad knowledge of our client's products and services, becoming a trusted source for information.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: 950 EUR per month (paid 14 times a year) with an additional language bonus of 450 EUR paid 12 times a year.
- Meal Allowance: Enjoy a meal allowance of 1,837EUR for the year.
- Relocation Package: If you're moving to Porto, we'll cover your flight ticket and provide three weeks of accommodation!
- Comprehensive Training: Benefit from a four-week onboarding program (two weeks of training and two weeks of nesting) to get you up to speed.

Who You Are:
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Tech-Savvy: Excellent computer navigation skills and a solid understanding of PC operations.
- Customer-Centric: A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others, showing patience and professionalism in all interactions.
- Team Player: Able to work collaboratively and independently, with a willingness to adapt to changing demands.
