Salary: 4,000 BGN gross

What You Will Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, assisting them with travel inquiries and bookings.
• Process reservations and changes for flights, accommodations, and travel packages.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely support.
• Maintain knowledge of the travel industry, including promotions, destinations, and services offered.

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and verbal).
• Previous experience in customer service or travel-related roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
