The Role:
We are urgently seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the customer support team of this dynamic company in Barcelona. This full-time, on-site role is an exciting opportunity to support Dutch-speaking customers and contribute to an exceptional service experience. You will provide valuable assistance with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order management while working alongside a team of professionals dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve technical and product-related issues, ensuring customers receive accurate information and quick solutions.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent a leader in industrial automation, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the company's high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other departments to maintain seamless customer service and meet key performance targets.

What We Offer:

  • Annual Salary: 21,000 EUR 
  • Working Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (B2)
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Customer-centric attitude: A passion for providing outstanding service and creating positive customer experiences.
  • Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn new technologies and effectively communicate complex product information.
  • Eligibility to Work in Spain: Must have a valid Spanish Residence Card or EU ID.
