Your Role:

As a Travel Support Specialist, youll handle inquiries, provide solutions, and create seamless travel experiences for customers around the globe. Youll be the cornerstone of top-tier service in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary Package

• Base Salary: 3600 BGN gross/month
• Performance Bonus: Up to 300 BGN gross/month (after the 3rd month)
• Additional Perks:
  • 300 BGN gross monthly late shift allowance
  • 25 BGN for every weekend day worked
  • 6 BGN/hour for work between 10:00 PM 6:00 AM
  • 12 BGN per late shift worked
• Total Potential Pay: Up to 4350 BGN gross/month (excluding performance bonus)

Shift Schedule:

• Early Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
• Weekend Shifts: 12 per month, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

What Were Looking For:

• Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Documentation:
  • Valid residency card (must be valid for more than a year), EU citizenship, or refugee card.
  • Note: Work permits & blue cards are not accepted.
