About the Role:
Cross Border Talents is searching for a German-speaking Content Moderator to join one of our partner BPO companies in Lisbon. This role is an excellent opportunity for those who have strong German (C2) and English (B2) skills and are passionate about maintaining a safe and positive online environment. As a Content Moderator, youll review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content, ensuring adherence to policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moderate and review content to ensure it meets company guidelines
• Maintain a high level of quality in all interactions and decision-making processes
• Support and protect users by managing and removing inappropriate content
• Contribute to a safe and supportive online environment

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: German (C2) and English (B2)
• Availability: Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
• Work Eligibility: EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or visa (specifics under consultation)

Position Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 AM 10:00 PM, rotating shifts
• Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: 1,300 EUR per month (x14 months)
• Language Bonus: 250 EUR per month (paid in 12 months)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 380 EUR per month
• Meal Allowance: 7.63 EUR per working day (net)
