Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 07:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)
  • Saturday: 08:00 15:00
  • 2 days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

Contract Type: Permanent Contract (3-month trial period)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 830 EUR per month (paid over 14 months)
  • Performance Bonus (KPI): 170 EUR per month (paid over 12 months)
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 EURper day (net)
  • Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month
  • Braga Location Bonus: 20 EUR per year

Your Role in Our Team:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for users of the Combined Services App, providing support across various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot app-related issues, and provide accurate solutions for a wide array of services integrated into the app.
  • Educate customers on how to fully leverage the platforms features, ensuring optimal user satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions, managing queries with precision and empathy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution and improve the overall client experience.

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in French (C2) and strong proficiency in English (B2).
  • Experience in customer service, with a passion for helping people solve problems.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate apps, software, and troubleshoot effectively.
