Dutch Digital Sales and Marketing agent in Berlin (Relocation Support)

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored marketing advice to Dutch-speaking advertisers.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Collaborate with clients to implement innovative advertising campaigns.
• Support client's growth by guiding their sales funnel strategies.
• Meet KPIs for successful calls, campaign implementations, and overall performance.

Work and Training Details:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:45 AM 5:15 PM).
• Paid training: 2 weeks classroom + 2 weeks practical nesting.
• Includes Meta Blueprint Certification.

Compensation and Relocation Support:

• Salary package: 33,000 EUR annually + up to 7,500 EUR in performance bonuses.
• Relocation bonus: Up to 1,900 EUR for international movers or 700 EUR for domestic relocations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ year in Sales or Marketing.
• Fluency in Dutch and strong interpersonal skills.
• English B2
• Valid work authorization for Germany.
