What You`ll Do

• Act as a trusted digital marketing advisor for businesses, providing expert guidance on social media advertising strategies.
• Analyze and evaluate social media advertisement performance to maximize campaign success.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to discuss advertising goals, budgets, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor sales funnel strategies and implement effective marketing solutions.
• Proactively identify trends and recommend innovative strategies to improve ad performance.
• Work toward Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including successful calls, implementation quotas, and campaign outcomes.

What Were Looking For

• Language Proficiency: Dutch (C1) and English (B2) are essential.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or marketing.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, and a passion for digital marketing.
• Commitment: Full attendance during the 4-week training (2 weeks training + 2 weeks nesting).

Training and Development

• Comprehensive paid training (Monday-Friday, 09:0017:30).
• Learn from experienced colleagues through regular shadowing sessions.
• Complete the Meta Blueprint Certification in digital marketing to sharpen your skills.
• Pre-training preparation resources provided for a head start.

Work Schedule
