We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to support Valve, a pioneer in digital distribution and online gaming. Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Specialist, your mission will be to provide top-notch email support, assisting clients with technical issues related to Valves gaming platforms. Your expertise will help gamers enjoy a seamless experience, and your written communication skills will shine as you guide users through troubleshooting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email-Only Support: Deliver fast and effective email assistance to clients encountering technical issues, ensuring clarity and resolution without phone interactions.
  • Tech Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve a variety of technical challenges, helping users navigate Valves services and platforms.
  • User Guidance: Educate clients on how to maximize their use of Valves products through informative email communication.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of client inquiries and resolutions, contributing to the knowledge base for future support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends in issues and suggest enhancements for better user experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service, ideally in gaming or tech environments.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2), with exceptional written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for gaming technology.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple inquiries efficiently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on email communication only.

  • Base Salary: 1,100 EUR gross/month, reflecting your skills and dedication to service.
