Your Role:

What You`ll Do:

  • Inspire and Empower: Lead a talented team of sales professionals, motivating them to reach new heights and celebrate their successes.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing our partner company's innovative payment solutions designed to meet diverse business needs.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build strong, lasting connections with clients, understanding their unique challenges and crafting tailored solutions that provide real value.
  • Collaborate and Conquer: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide ongoing support, making the client experience seamless and enjoyable.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position our partner companys solutions effectively in the marketplace.

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with proven leadership skills and a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2), with excellent verbal and written communication skills that resonate with clients.
  • A knack for building relationships and fostering a motivated team environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting and adapting to changing priorities.
