What Youll Be Doing

• Moderating Content: Keep the digital space clean and welcoming by reviewing videos, images, posts, and profiles.
• Enforcing Policies: Apply guidelines to ensure everything aligns with the platforms community standards.
• Supporting Teams: Provide insights and flag issues when necessary to help maintain platform integrity.
• Participating in Wellness Programs: We care about YOU! Take part in fun and thoughtful wellness initiatives to stay healthy and happy.

What Youll Need

• Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2) communication is key!
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a bonus but not a must.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attributes: A great communicator, empathetic, culturally aware, and detail-oriented.

Monthly Pay Breakdown:

• Base Salary: 1450 EUR
• Lunch Vouchers: 85 EUR net
• Transportation Allowance: 65 EUR gross
  Total Monthly Income: 1600 EUR gross
