Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 - 19:00) + Two Saturdays/Sundays per Month (09:00 - 18:00)

Salary: 9,000 PLN gross/month
Contract Type: Full-Time, Labor Contract (160 hours/month)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Katowice, representing one of the worlds most respected online travel companies. As a key part of our customer support division, youll be the front line in assisting travelers through a variety of travel-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Act as the primary contact for customers via phone, chat, and email, resolving inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism.
- Booking Management: Facilitate reservations adjustments, such as date or destination changes, and manage updates to customer profiles.
- Comprehensive Advisory: Guide clients on flight options, packages, rates, and policies, adding value to their travel plans with accurate and tailored advice.
- Resolution of Cancellations and Refunds: Handle cancellations and refunds with precision and empathy, ensuring clients feel well-supported throughout their experience.
Essential Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native level in Dutch (C1) and fluent English (B2), both verbal and written.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills; familiarity with browsers and digital tools.
- Customer-Focused Attitude: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Experience: Previous customer service or support experience is preferred, ideally with exposure to CRM systems or digital customer service platforms.
