Job Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content on a well-known social media platform. This role requires fluency in Dutch and English and involves working closely with a diverse team to ensure content complies with platform policies and community standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess user-generated content to ensure it adheres to the platform's guidelines.
- Provide high-quality and accurate moderation, keeping in mind community safety and policy compliance.
- Handle and process flagged content within defined timeframes.
- Stay updated on new policies and procedures to maintain platform integrity.
Schedule:
- 24/7 Rotational Shifts:
- Three rotating shifts to ensure round-the-clock coverage.
- Night shifts constitute only about 15% of shifts (approximately 3 nights per month).
Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1,450 EUR per month
- Additional Benefits:
- Permanent contract with stable employment.
- Lunch vouchers: 85 EUR net per month.
- Transportation allowance: 65 EUR gross per month.
- Additional Birthday PTO to celebrate your special day.

- 14 salaries per year in accordance with Greek employment laws.
Relocation Support:
For candidates relocating to Thessaloniki, we provide comprehensive support, including:
- Transport to Thessaloniki is covered by the company.
- Taxi transfer from the airport to your temporary accommodation.
- Two weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival.
- Assistance with the necessary hiring documentation, particularly for those new to Greece.
- Up to 350 EUR gross toward a real estate agency fee for help in securing permanent housing.
Eligibility Requirements:
Due to local legislation, candidates must already be eligible to work within the EU, as first-time work visas cannot be issued by the client in Greece.
