Position: Content Moderator

Work Schedule: 24/7 (3 rotating shifts; night shifts comprise approximately 15% of the schedule, about 3 nights per month)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1,450 EUR per month

About the Role:

As a Content Moderator, you will be essential in maintaining the integrity and safety of online interactions. Your main responsibilities will involve applying content policies and moderation procedures with accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret nuanced digital communications, effectively enforcing the platforms terms of use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Review: Evaluate various digital content types, including videos, images, and text, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
  • Content Scoring: Assess content based on criteria such as age appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
  • Documentation: Carefully record customer interactions, including inquiries and resolutions, to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • Wellness Participation: Engage in wellness initiatives and training programs to promote a supportive work environment.
  • Collaboration: Work with team members to identify and escalate potential issues impacting performance and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in operations or customer service environments.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Norwegian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
