About the Role:
Join our dynamic customer support team and work for one of the largest and most prestigious Nordic airlines, SAS. As a Customer Support Advisor with proficiency in Danish and English, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting with their travel needs and providing top-notch service. This role is based on-site in Warsaw, with a potential hybrid work model after 3-6 months of stabilization (50/50 split between office and remote work).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and chats in Danish, providing personalized service to customers.
  • Offer guidance on flight bookings, including products, prices, fares, and online services.
  • Manage reservations, including changes in time, destination, or personal details.
  • Process special service requests, such as arranging wheelchair assistance or travel with pets.
  • Assist with ticket cancellations and refunds, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate ticket purchases and manage a variety of payment methods.
  • Provide support for customers facing travel difficulties or disruptions.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time schedule: 40 hours a week: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 19:00, with weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 09:00-18:00) twice a month.
  • Office Location: Aleja Solidarności 171, 00-877 Warsaw, SPARK B office building.
  • Work Model: On-site, with potential for a hybrid work model after 3-6 months (50% on-site, 50% remote).

Qualifications:

  • Danish (C1) proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • English (B2) proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent technical skills, including experience with MS Office, web browsers, and general computer tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
  • Previous experience in customer service or working with CRM platforms is a plus.
