What You`ll Do:
- Lead with Purpose: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional performance, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- Drive Sales Excellence: Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing our partner company`s innovative payment solutions tailored to their needs.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong connections with new and existing clients, understanding their challenges and delivering customized solutions that provide real value.
- Collaborate for Success: Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing support for clients, making their journey effortless.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our partner company`s solutions in the market.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with a proven ability to lead teams and achieve results.
- Proficiency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2), with outstanding communication skills that resonate with clients.
- A natural talent for building rapport and inspiring your team, helping them to excel and achieve their best.
- A self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities with ease.
