Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM 10:00 PM (rotating shifts)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

About the Role:

Are you a skilled communicator fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2)? Our partner BPO company is looking for dedicated Content Moderators to join a global project focused on maintaining a safe and positive online experience for users. As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in reviewing, analyzing, and moderating content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate user-generated content to uphold platform guidelines and standards.
• Assess flagged content and make decisions on appropriate action.
• Respond to sensitive issues with professionalism and a high level of attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and weekly targets.

Qualifications:

• German language proficiency (C2) Essential.
• English language proficiency (B2) Essential.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and challenging content with professionalism.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: 1,300 EUR per month, paid 14 times per year.
• Language Bonus: 250 EUR monthly.
• Performance Bonus: Up to 380 EUR per month based on performance metrics.
• Meal Allowance: 7.63 EUR per working day (net).
