Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring a secure and welcoming experience for millions of users. Youll review and filter user-generated content to identify and remove anything that violates the platforms policiesranging from graphic, harmful, or sensitive material. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, emotional resilience, and a passion for making the internet a safer place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor user content across the platform, flagging and removing inappropriate material including but not limited to violence, abuse, or harmful behavior.
  • Work closely with global teams to enforce content guidelines and respond swiftly to new challenges and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and help create a positive online environment.
  • Actively contribute to discussions on improving content policies and procedures.

Schedule Options:

  • Full-Time 38,5h/week contract: Monday to Sunday with rotative day offs.
  • Part-Time (16 hours/week): Weekend shifts only (Saturday and Sunday). Training will be conducted on a full-time basis.
  • Shifts available: Morning (08:00-16:00) and Afternoon (16:00-00:00)
  • Shifts are flexible and determined a month in advance, with no more than 7 consecutive working days.
  • Breaks: All breaks, including 25-minute lunch breaks and 5-minute hourly breaks, are fully paid.

Working Model:

  • A hybrid work model depending on your line of business and region. More details can be provided by the recruitment team.

Training and Onboarding:

  • Paid training from day one!
  • Training schedules are Monday to Friday (no weekends or public holidays), lasting anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on your specific team or line of business.
  • Once training is complete, youll dive into real-time content moderation with full support from your team.

Contract Details:

  • Initial fixed-term contract (2 months), renewable based on performance.
  • After 4 to 6 months, you'll be eligible for a permanent contract.
  • 1-month probation period.
