Position Overview:

We are seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our vibrant team in Athens. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support to our Italian-speaking users across various social media platforms. This is an on-site position, and we offer a relocation package for candidates relocating from abroad, including flight tickets to Athens and accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, demonstrating genuine care and understanding for their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer sentiment, and provide insights to improve products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and personalized support.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (native or C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Athens and be part of a multicultural team.
