What Youll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
• Guide customers through our services, policies, and procedures to enhance their experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
• Work closely with team members and managers to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standards.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential.
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
