Position Overview:

As a Service Coordinator, you will serve as the primary contact for customers from Czechia and Lithuania. You will handle service inquiries, manage repair and maintenance appointments, and ensure smooth communication between customers, dealerships, and our internal teams. Your role will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days remotely, giving you both flexibility and the opportunity for close collaboration with your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for Czech- and Lithuanian-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and resolving issues or complaints.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance schedules between customers and dealerships.
  • Ensure effective communication between customers, service teams, and dealerships, keeping all parties informed.
  • Oversee and track the progress of service requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers after services to ensure they are satisfied and address any additional concerns.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal departments for resolution.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve service processes based on customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Czech and Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in or experience with the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and general office software (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
