Job Overview:
As a Polish-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our e-commerce customers. You’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication in both Polish and English. If you have a passion for problem-solving, a desire to learn, and excellent interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking customers via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Problem Solving: Assist customers with order inquiries, returns, shipping information, product details, and other concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Multilingual Communication: Effectively communicate in both Polish (minimum B2 level) and English (minimum B2 level) to assist customers and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive experience for every customer by resolving their concerns and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to improve processes, share insights, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Polish (B2 or above) and English (B2 or above).
  • Customer Service Aptitude: Prior experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage but not a must.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, e-commerce platforms, and customer support software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on clarity and empathy.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet, manage challenging situations, and find effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a remote setup and collaborating with a multicultural, distributed team.
