Job Overview:

We are seeking a German-speaking Travel Advisor to support customers with their travel bookings and inquiries. The ideal candidate will assist with reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel-related questions via phone, email, and chat. No video calls are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide guidance on travel itineraries, policies, and general inquiries.
• Ensure accurate data entry of customer interactions and feedback.
• Troubleshoot booking issues using company resources and training materials.
• Offer proactive solutions and recommendations for customer concerns.

Requirements:

• Native/Fluent German speaker (C1-C2 level).
• Good level of English (B1+), as training may be conducted in English.
• High school diploma or higher education preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working with technology and booking systems.
• Positive and customer-focused approach (as customers may reach out due to issues).
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is a plus.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
