• Engage with Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat

What Were Looking For:

• Fluent in Italian (C2 or native level)

• Good level of English for internal communication

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Sales-driven mindset with a proactive attitude

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus

• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence card (mandatory)
