Role Overview: 

As a Call Center, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, providing assistance through phone, email, and live chat. Your role will involve delivering accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and creating a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, and live chat
• Handle customer inquiries, account requests, and basic troubleshooting tasks

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
