Role Overview:

As a Travel Agent, you will be the main point of contact for travellers, providing assistance through phone, email, and live chat. Your focus will be to deliver clear guidance, manage requests efficiently, and help ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, stress-free journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with travellers in a friendly, professional, and supportive way via phone, email, and chat

• Support customers with bookings, itinerary updates, cancellations, and general travel questions

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions tailored to customer needs

• Keep clear, detailed, and well-structured records of customer interactions

• Recognise complex or sensitive cases and escalate them according to established procedures

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

• Consistently meet service quality standards and performance goals

• Stay informed on travel policies, internal procedures, and industry updates to deliver excellent support

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2)
• EU Citizenship or Residency Card
• 0-1 year of experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
